Nancy's expertise in managing and assisting groups and organizations worldwide is drawn from her background as a renowned film and television writer, director and producer, with over 60 National and International awards and over 450 hours of produced television and movies. Her credits include Emmy-winning HBO productions, Gold Medals from New York, Chicago and San Francisco, US Parents Choice Awards, and the film RED SHOES, short- listed for the Oscars. Her film, FOR ANGELA, won the top award in Canada, was placed in every school in the country and continues to be shown around the globe with its powerful message of tolerance and the effects of racism.

Nancy's consulting takes her around the world, instructing thousands in all fields: Arts, Culture, Media, Banking, Communications, Industry and Commerce. The universal systems she helped develop serve a universal need: to enable others to perform at their peek and by so doing, improve the quality of life for themselves and others.
