Kathrin Botkin

Kathrin Botkin is a partner in and the CFO of Think8 Systems Inc. Prior to joining Think8, she has had an extensive career as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Managing Consultant in the US and Europe.

 

Kathrin brings years of experience as a strategic consultant, specializing in working with CEOs and senior management to increase proficiency and productivity at all levels of an organization.  With a passion to work with management to formulate strategic and innovative ideas to achieve and surpass their corporate aspirations, Kathrin recognizes the power and strength of leaders as well as workers and builds on those capabilities to help organizations achieve their goals.

 

Combined with a passion for financial growth and recognizing avenues for expansion, she works with and challenges management and personnel alike to discover their own passion in their work and to exceed their expectations.
